-TiVois still pissed at Dish Network.  They are now seeking close to 1 Billion dollars from Dish.  They are still not satisfied with the previous verdict of  $138 million.  TiVo feels that Dish is still infringing on their patent.  This ongoing battle should be good.  bloomberg
